Take the MBA Oath

A group of 33 second-year students from Harvard Business School (now graduates), who aren’t part of any formal group, decided that they want their MBA degree to mean something more than it currently does.

In doing so, they came up with the oath, which highlights their way of laying out the principles of what they think an MBA ought to stand for.

The long-term goal is to transform the field of management into a true profession, one in which MBAs are respected for their integrity, professionalism, and leadership.
