DON'T FORGET to reserve your Cap, Gown and Hood.
All reservations must be received by April 18, 2007 to guarantee that you
will receive your regalia for commencement. Reservations will be taken at the Main store of the Harvard COOP, third floor textbook department If it is necessary to place a rental reservation by mail or fax, please download a rental order form. Payment in the form of credit card or check must be received before the order is processed
FEES: Graduate Package (Cap, Gown and Hood) $75.00
Pick up Dates: May 31 – June 7 (store opens early on June 7 for pick up). Someone else may pick up your gown for you – they will need a copy of your photo id to do so.
If you do not place a reservation before April 18th, a limited number of extra gowns and hoods are available on a first come/first served basis. The dates for extra rentals are June 5th – 7th for graduate students. There is an additional $25.00 late fee charged for all extra rentals.
