With the season of snow upon us I want to remind you of our extreme bad weather policies and communication methods. In the event of extreme bad weather or emergency at the KSG the KSG community will be kept informed via- •The KSG urgent information web site: http://www.ksg.harvard.edu/urgentinfo
•The KSG urgent information phone line: 617-495-1033
•An email will be sent to all KSG email accounts.
•A voice message will be left on all KSG voice mail accounts.
•News outlets: TV channels 4, 5, and 7
•Radio stations: 680AM, 850AM, and 1030AM
It is Harvard’s policy not to close except in extreme crisis, however in some cases events or classes may be cancelled, although this too is unlikely. In the event of cancellations it will be posted at the above sites by 6:30am.
