Probably the most outspoken class at KSG, PAL-101 had its last session this afternoon. Taught by Prof Ron Heifetz, who is a leading practitioner with superb experience, this course is a MUST for those who plan to implement the motto of KSG, which is "Preparing leaders for Service to Democratic Societies, Contributing to the Solution of Public Problems". When asking other students about this course (before registration began) I heard the variety of answers exactly equaling to the number of students I asked... My answer is that you must try this course and experience the intellectual grinders of Prof Heifetz. AND don't forget to get his
signature on great books written by him, including "Leadership Without Easy Answers" and "Leadership on the Line".These pictures I took today during our last large class session, including Prof Heifetz's famous circle of system and sub-systems :)
